In 2009 CUSWG members used their talents and skills to provide needed items for women and children in central Illinois who were victims of domestic abuse or were in need. After the items were displayed in several regional areas and the Midwest Weavers Conference they were donated to A Woman’s Fund in Urbana, Hope in Charleston, and Dove in Decatur.
